MP3 Cutter is an useful app to create ringtone, alarms, and notification from audio formats.

How to make ringtone:
1. Select music file from your mobile, your record file or downloaded file
2. View a scrollable waveform representation of the audio file at 4 zoom levels
3. Set start & end for audio clip by touch in the interface
4. Play the part you set until you like it
5. Save audio clip to a new file. You can name it
6. Set new clip as default ringtone, alarm, notification or assign to contacts
7. All edited music file listed in Saved list
