About MPA Ciudadano Android App
La Municipalidad Provincial de Arequipa brinda a los ciudadanos una herramienta para poder obtener información de los permisos de operación e infracciones de los vehículos de transporte público, taxis, entre otros; así como registrar quejas respecto a los servicios que estos vehículos prestan.
Las quejas registradas por los usuarios serán recibidas por los funcionarios de la Municipalidad, por medio de una denuncia, para darles el seguimiento apropiado.
Asimismo de existir una aplicación exclusiva para la administración de denuncias, de actas, de noticias entre otros donde a través de esta plataforma pueden interactuar el funcionario de la Municipalidad con el ciudadano, para una mayor rapidez de respuesta de las denuncias generadas.The Provincial Municipality of Arequipa provides citizens a tool to obtain information from the operating permits and breaches of public transport vehicles, taxis, among others; and register complaints regarding services that these vehicles provide.
Complaints registered by users will be received by officials of the Municipality, through a complaint, to give appropriate follow-up.
Also exists an exclusive application for managing complaints, records, news and others where through this platform can interact with the staff of the Municipality with citizens, for faster response generated complaints.
