Start typing to filter to a set of meters. "No Meter" still needs to be an option at the top of the list.

About MPS Mobile Officer Android App
MPS PEO application allows registered "MPS PEO" to receive all meter created violation and to process them and issue printed ticket to the violators. It also allows the PEO to create a manual violation and issue the ticket.
