Music Cutter Pro app allows you to split a large MP3 or WAV format file into a number of smaller ones. This can be useful in separating logical parts of a continuous recording and organizing them for easy access, or in case you need only a part of the recording (for example, to use later as a tune for your cellular phone). The program is small and handy, it doesn’t require its user to be experienced in audio editing. and you can also save it as Ringtone or any tone for your mobile phone. How to use app:

1.Select mp3 music from your mobile or from Recordings in sdcard.
2.Select area to be chopped from your audio.
3.Easily Save as Ringtone and different music labels.
4.So you can also use this app as ringtone maker.

- Open an existing audio file.
- View a scrollable waveform representation of the audio file at 5 zoom levels.
- Set starting and ending points for a clip within the audio file, using an optional touch interface.
- Play the selected portion of the audio, including an indicator cursor and auto scrolling of the waveform.
- Play anywhere else by tapping the screen.
- Ads are added to support developers.
- Save the clipped audio as a new audio file and mark it as music and ringtone.
- Record a new audio clip to edit.
- Delete audio easily
- Assign a ringtone directly to a contact name
