Music statodynamic training (statodinamika) is a combination of static muscle tension and rapid dynamic movements in one exercise. This paradoxical combination allows you to simultaneously work out how fast muscle fibers and slow. When performing exercises quickly attained a moderate level of muscle acidification and maintained at an acceptable level are trained for a relatively long time. Intensive simultaneous operation of oxidative and glycolytic muscle fiber hypertrophy allows proportional to both types of fiber and beneficial both to the increase in strength and endurance athlete development.
