This application does not replace any doctor or coach , you should consult your doctor before starting any physical training , including the one shown in this app , in order to prevent physical problems , cardiovascular or other reasons.
The application is based on 30-20-10 cardiovascular routine which involves making 30-second intervals , 20 and 10 increase the speed at each change , leaving a couple of minutes , smooth speed between them. At the beginning and end of the session performed 5 minutes heating with intensity being first up soft and the last descendant .
You can gradually increase the length of training as you can select from 3 slots to 5.
Since the application will have an audible signal that lets you know what stage of training you , can silence any reason. This signal sets the pace hearing NO , only indicates the transition from one interval to another . It also lets you play music stored on your phone to make the session more enjoyable .
Contains no advertising or any payment system, simply because lately I have extra have time I decided to make a few apps to start learning Android programming language .
