My CDPHP Mobile combines the health plan features you need with the power of mobile app technology to give you a tool that offers valuable, personalized health insurance information – even when you’re on the go. It’s convenient, free, easy to use, and compatible with your Android smartphone.
When you use My CDPHP Mobile, you can:
• Quickly and easily access important benefit information, like your copay amounts, deductible balances, coverage details, coinsurance, and more.
• View and display your membership ID card.
• Review your personal information we have on file.
• Locate the nearest doctor, hospital, or health care facility within your network while on the go. You can even plot your provider’s location on a map, obtain driving directions, and connect to their office via a link to the business phone number.
