The free My Child's eHealth Record app is a simple way of keeping track of your child’s health information, development and immunisations – all in the one place.
If you are an Australian healthcare consumer and a parent of a child (or children) aged 14 or under, this app gives you access to your child’s digital health record.
This app is not a replacement for children’s health records held by their medical and health care providers.
Before you use this app, sign in with your MyGov account and set up access to your children’s digital health records. Do this from a computer.
Go to myhealthrecord.gov.au or phone us on the free 24 hour Helpline on 1800 723 471. (Call charges apply to mobile phones).
This version of My Child's eHealth Record Android App comes with one universal variant which will work on all the Android devices.
