Update your parameters as activity, age, gender and height and get your daily calorie needs.
This app is applicable for men and not pregnant women. Age must be over 18.
The larger component of the total calorie intake estimation is BMR - Basal Metabolic Rate. This is the number of calories your body burns at complete rest. You should never go under this amount. The other way your body is burning calories is through physical activity.

The app results will show how many calories you may eat in order to maintain or lose weight.
