You can use the app to record the overall quality of your meals and snacks (Food), generally how you are feeling each day (Mood), a range of lifestyle activities (Lifestyle), a shopping list and dietary goals. The app will then generate a bar chart of your weekly Food together with goals achieved and lifestyle choices to help you look at these patterns over the last week and previous weeks.
The "Food" screen provides for any number of entries each day. Each entry records the number of serves consumed of various food groups.
The "Mood" screen allows one mood entry each day. If more than one mood entry is made in a day only the last entry will be recorded.
If you miss a day you can go back and record food and mood for that day by tapping on the date at the top right-hand corner of the screen and setting the date prior to entering your food or mood data.
The "Lifestyle" screen allows daily exercise and eating habits to be recorded.
A summary of entries over each week are displayed from the "Progress" screen. Swipe left or right to move to the previous or next week.
The "Program" screen provides access to support videos of the My Food and Mood Program.
