1. Start your claim or pre-approval.
2. Take or choose a photo of your invoice.
3. Add your claim info.
4. Add your refund details.
5. Submit.
– 24-hour access to your policy details and claim information.
– Track your claims and my nib claims history
– Change your payment details.
– Send a request or message to nib through the Communication Centre.
