My Reference Book - Hierarchical Reference Book.
The program will enable to use the text records sorted hierarchically. It can be rather convenient as a telephone or address directory and as storage of other miscellaneous information.

* Operation system: Windows, Android (read only yet).
* Terms of distribution: Freeware.
* Data encryption: Whole document or (and) the individual records.
To provide centralized storage of your data is recommended to use such services as Dropbox, Box.net, SugarSync etc. In this case, changes to the document made at one of your device will automatically become available to others.
