MyClaim Connect is The Hartford's photo and video documentation app for insurance claims. Using this app, you can collaborate with an insurance adjuster using the phone and camera on your mobile device in order to help explain your loss. You can review your damages ‘live’ with an adjuster or can upload video or photos taken offline for review and discussion at a later time when it’s more convenient for you.
This app does not require logins, accounts, registrations, or passwords. Simply download this free app per instructions of your adjuster and get the high quality of service you deserve.
