[The explanation of a way]
* Not Roulette of the type a disk is surrounded, but a text is Roulette of the type to switch over at high speed.
* When pressing a stop button, Roulette can choose the way decided about by lot and the way decided about by timing. (Default is a decision by lot.)
* It's possible to make the weight last in lot contents.
* Roulette, as well as once, you can turn it with twice and 3 times continuously.
