Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Inc. is proud to introduce MyDLSChart for use with the Android Mobile Phones. Beneficial to patients, MyDLSChart gives registered patients secure access to view and download results from their mobile phones - no matter where they are.
With MyDLSChart patients will be able to:
- Register online for result access
- View new /historical patient results
- Download new /historical patient results
- Get notifications when new results are ready
- Find nearest DLS location
This application requires the patient be an authorized DLS user. If you are not a registered user, you need US citizenship to complete the registration successfully. This application does not store any patient information on the device, ensuring patient confidentiality and security.
With MyDLSChart you have the convenience and security in knowing that wherever you are, the MyDLSChart application will enable access to accurate patient results — anytime, anywhere.
