The MyKMBS app is a convenient mobile solution for Konica Minolta customers allowing fast, simple, and easy access to tasks necessary in maintaining Konica Minolta multifunction devices.
Utilizing several modes to identify a machine, including scanning bar codes and GPS location, customers will be able to:
• Schedule service calls
• Order machine-specific supplies
• Enter meter reads
• View meter histories
• Access additional resources
The MyKMBS app was designed to be a flexible, accessible alternative to the MyKMBS portal. If there are features that need to be refined or added, please use the Feedback section in the app.
