FINE_LOCATION is used in app for to get location data, if it is not present we cannot get latitude and longitude of user current location which is required for our car CHECKIN and CHECKOUT. Also it is required in our module Inventory for the same purpose. Background permission is used in android version greater than 30, therefore it is added.
