MZ9 is the premier provider of Personal Training, Bootcamp classes, Group Training and Strength & Conditioning.
You don’t need to be super fit to come and join MZ9, we cater for all different fitness levels, ages and sizes. Each session will be tailored to YOUR unique circumstances so that every time you will leave feeling challenged and exhilarated!
MZ9 was founded by Miky Zanirato and Marco Zanirato, two Italian brothers. Both International rugby player with a Level 3 personal training qualification and a passion for inspiring you to get the best out of your workouts and yourself. Miky, Marco and the rest of the team will help you to establish clear goals and strive to make your program enjoyable whilst motivating and inspiring you to achieve personal targets.
