Nando Moura iniciou os estudos em música aos 7 anos de idade, tocando órgão elétrico. Mais tarde perdeu o interesse pelo instrumento grande parte pelos maus professores e repertório desestimulante. Aos 14 anos voltou-se para a guitarra ao ouvir um dos discos da banda Blind Guardian.

Foi autodidata e começou a lecionar aos 17 anos de idade. Paralelamente, estudou com Kiko Loureiro (Medadeth), Zeca Loureiro, Joe Moghrabi, Luiz Stelzer (violão erudito), Maestro Miguel Laprano, Ana Maria e muitos outros. Estudou música na Europa, Faculdade de Rotterdam - Holanda. Durante esse tempo também lecionou e foi integrante de algumas bandas covers.

Além de idealista da banda Pandora101 a qual é compositor, guitarrista e vocalista, produz e grava em seu estúdio artistas de diversos gêneros e estilos. Compõe trilhas sonoras e jingles para finalidades diversas como games e filmes. Também leciona aulas de música, guitarra e violão, presencialmente e também por Skype para outros Estados e países. Composes soundtracks and jingles for various purposes such as games and movies. It also teaches music lessons, guitar and guitar, in person and also by Skype to other states and countries.
