Edmonton Branch operates a team based flat structure based on the concept of empowering workers to operate freely their gifts (both spiritual and physical) in ways that demonstrates “good” and is pleasing to God. The team structure comprises of a spiritual and physical arm and has been set in place to encourage the sense of belonging, participation and involvement.
