NCDAP is designed to assess strengths, interests, and potential of the student while choosing the right career. It will offer an interesting look at yourself, providing information about what motivates and interests you. In addition, it will provide suggestions of particular careers that are well-suited to you, along with some information about these careers. This test has been specially developed for Indian minds.

Today any individual student along with parents invests 15-18 years of life in getting educated for a fulfilling work life of 40 years+ without knowing what they want to “be” in life. Ultimately they end up in unplanned, unprepared, unaware and incapable entry into occupations resulting in unhappy low productive careers. Most land up making unplanned, unprepared, unaware and incapable entry into occupations, reducing employability and increasing frictional unemployment.

What NCDAP does?
NCDAP uses a scientific & reliable psychometric assessment tool validated to Indian Norms to assess individual students and help them understand their strengths. An instant report will be generated indicating strengths, suitable occupations, and corresponding education streams. Trained and Certified Career Mentors pan-India would then help them make informed career decisions that lead to a fulfilled career.
