About Netweather Snow Radar Android App
Track the latest snow fall across the UK and Ireland using the Netweather snow radar. Updated every 15 minutes, the radar shows whether rain, sleet or snow is falling so you can keep completely up to date with the latest weather this winter.
Snow alerts - switch on alerts by selecting options on the left hand menu to be alerted whenever snow is in the vicinity.
Check the latest weather forecasts and news from the Netweather forecasting team directly from the app - just click the news button to view the latest headlines.
*New* - Optional weather headline notifications.
*New* - Mini local forecast built into the app.
Radar colours:
Blue = Rain, Green = Rain/Snow Mix, Pink = Snow, Purple = Freezing Rain, Orange = Hail
Social Radar (Twitter):
Tweet #UKsnow plus your postcode (or geo locate your tweet) and a red marker will show on the map.
#UKrain is a green marker
#UKice is a purple marker
#UKfog is a yellow marker
#UKstorms is a pink marker
