We have added a Settings page. The settings page will allow you to select different notification types. In Version 1, the only notification type was sending a SMS / text message. In the new version you can select to vibrate phone, ring phone or send a SMS / text message. To get to the Settings page, click on the menu button while on the NetMon main screen.
About Network Monitor Ping Notifier Android App
NetMon will ping a reachable IP address and notify you via text message, ring tone or vibrate when the device can’t be reached and when the device is back online. This works over the 3G and WiFi network with stable signal levels. Only works in portrait layout. Great tool for network admins to help monitor network devices.
