Therapeuten kunnen aan de hand van de app hun cliënten inzicht geven in het eigen adempatroon om vervolgens een efficiëntere ademhaling te stimuleren.

De cliënten kunnen vervolgens zelfstandig met de app oefenen om het ademritme naar het afgesproken doel te brengen.
