About Night Toggler for Android Auto Android App
A small app which will calculated the Sunrise and Sunset each day at 01:30 AM based on your current location then if it detects the phone being used in car mode and the time is after sunset will turn the night mode on. During day hours it set the phone to day mode, this can help drivers in countries where lights have to be always switched on, since that puts the phone into night mode. This small app will override that and you should have proper day mode during the day regardless of the car headlights being switched on or off.
During night hours if your headunit doesn't have the proper sensors this app will make sure that your device actually switch to night mode.
The app is running like a service and will start automatically at boot, it has not settings or anything else.
Once installed open it up, after around 30 seconds you will see the calculated Sunrise/Sunset values in the notification bar.
