No Bluto is an app to report cases of bullying which will be linked to a student’s school. No Bluto focuses on four main cases of bullying – physical bullying, social bullying, cyber bullying as well as verbal bullying. This app is for children aged 5-19. No Bluto aims to tackle the issues of bullying organize workshops to help students protect themselves against bullying and collect data on bullying incidences. “Bluto” is the name of the antagonist character in the cartoon, Popeye the Sailor Man. So “No Bluto” means no bully.
