MISSION STATEMENT
No Such Thing as a Bully® provides YOU with the skills you need to eradicate bully actions in your home, school and community.

DESCRIPTION
Society has been trying to change the “bullies” and the “victims”. But we forget that they are people, and that those labels don't define who they really are. Each bullying situation is like a play, with actors who use “bully actions” and “victim responses”. Those actions will vary according to culture and context. We have to work on the behavior, the culture, and the context - rather than labeling the people.

VISION STATEMENT
We teach adults and children to avoid using bully actions and victim responses.
We move people from a combative state to one of collaboration.
We provide skills that allow both adults and children to be strong bystanders.
We work in schools and communities through the influence of community leaders.

ABOUT US
A gifted team has come together to help you. Ron Graham, Kelly Karius, Cindy Mikolas, Bruce Fowler, Steve Johnson and many others, here for children and their important adults.
