For increased reliability NoCam now runs in the foreground. As a result, a new notification and icon has been added to the status bar. Due to the nature of the Android platform this is mandatory. There is virtually no performance or memory penalty for this relatively minor change.
Please email us if you're experiencing trouble with this software and we'll resolve the issue ASAP.
About NoCam Android App
NoCam disables the often-bumped camera button, fast and simple. Run NoCam to disable the camera button. Run it again to re-enable it. No rooting required. Please note that this does not disable camera itself. Additionally, due to the Android platform a persistent notification is required and will remain on your notification bar when the camera is disabled.
