• Create, collaborate and share meeting notes and action items with your teams from a variety of devices simultaneously and access most current version of these documents securely from any place

• In addition to capturing textual notes, you can take pictures of your white boards or anything else and attach them as a part of your meeting notes or simply attach any other document of interest for your team members to view

• Record critical conversations of these meetings through your smartphone or tablet and make them part of these meetings

• Check what was discussed in previous meetings - simple actions can take you to previous meeting notes of recurring meetings and associated action items

• You can create, assign and track action items coming out of these meetings – all in one place
