NotifyLauncher creates shortcuts in the status bar of Android devices in this way you can add your favorite apps for quick and easy access from the android notification bar.
Notes:
The application has been designed with the only purpose of enabling user to create shortcuts in the android notification bar.
I can't exclude a future support to the system toggle.
