Es un canal privado
En un canal privado el emisor registra los números de teléfono de los usuarios a los que desea enviar información, y sin intervención ninguna por parte de estos. Únicamente puede añadir nuevos “oyentes” el responsable del canal.

Posibilidad de libre suscripción
Si lo desea puede “publicar” un canal de este tipo. Cualquier usuario de la NOWS podrá encontrarlo y si le resulta interesante suscribirse. A partir de entonces recibirá sus mensajes.

Confirmación de lectura.
En muchas ocasiones resulta imprescindible saber si los receptores de un mensaje realmente han visto su contenido (actas de reuniones, notificaciones...).
