This is a Fitness app for using at the gym or at home.

You can use the posters at home or if you own a gym can put them up in your gym for your customers to use.

There are lots of different exercise workout posters on the website including stretching - strength and conditioning - Sports specific like Golf for example also Posters with mobilising exercises - Core exercises - Physio exercises.
Posters can be printed in A4, A3 and A1 Size.

You scan the codes on the posters. It plays exercise video demonstration. The videos are shot from 3 angles with voice over and text instructions.

For Gym Owners Also you can sign up to get access to our back end so you can create your own QR Coded Posters and send out video and text push notifications to your clients.
