About Nutri Calc Android App
Application for calculating BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), DCN (Daily Caloric Need), consumption of calories to lose weight / fat, body fat percentage, lean body mass, etc..
The application also provides additional information such as:
- Number of kilograms a week you will lose with the specified configuration;
- Quantity of protein to be consumed daily;
- Amount of fat to be consumed daily;
- BMI;
- Send result of the physical evaluation by email.
The formula used for calculating BMR is the Harris-Benedict equation.
