About NutriTouch Android App
NutriTouch is a mobile application geared towards nutritionists, health and fitness professionals. NutriTouch is composed of several calculations for assessing the current condition and caloric requirements of a person.
NutriTouch calculates the basal metabolic rate (BMR) and applies the Harris-Benedict principle to estimate the total energy expenditure. It also uses anthropometry of the upper arm and body mass index (BMI) to provide a better assessment of the body fat index.
