About Matt- I am originally from Richmond, VA and my family has owned property on the Outer Banks since 1986. I have spent many years living on the Outer Banks during the summers and it has been my permanent home since 2002. I have a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, concentration in Real Estate & Urban Land Development, after which I worked in the property management field as well as banking. I have been a full time Realtor since 2003 and I have seen the ebb and flow of the Outer Banks Real Estate market from top to bottom and now going back up.
