This OffaPOP App will act as a simple reminder system of offers and discounts. Eventually as the user base increases, it will become the de-facto platform for merchants to run campaigns and promote their products in store and in real-time.

Business Problem:-

Most merchants collect the customers’ mobile number at the time of purchase which is then used to send offers with the help of loyalty and discount apps via SMS. This poses a few issues to both the Merchant and the customer:

1. The customer invariably forgets to remember the offer while at the store, missing to avail the discounts / benefits

2. The merchant spends quite a bit running SMS campaigns with 3rd party providers and gateways, with very low conversion rate - resulting in an inefficient loyalty program

3. To apprehend the effectiveness of the campaign through Conversion Analytics is impossible

Solution:-

The simple yet smart OffaPOP acts as a reminder system for offers and discounts. This is how it does this:

1. Reads the user’s messages and organises it into Fashion, Health, Travel, etc.

2. Remembers the Merchant and the expiry date of the offer and reminds the user at the right time (while shopping at the store and at the cash counter)

3. Automatically recognizes that they are physically in a particular merchant store / outlet and displays only relevant offers Because of its innovative design, the App doesn’t need any integrations with the Retailer systems thus increasing on boarding speed. Eventually as the user base increases, it will become the de-facto platform.
