If you want to send a package to someone but don’t have time to do it yourself – use Ohereza App to post your package, we will get someone to deliver it for you.

WHY use OHEREZA Application

From the sender perspective : Time Saving, Cost effective and Safe way to Send package anywhere without hassle

From the transporter perspective: Great way to make an extra cash from your daily travels


Currently the service is limited to Kigali, Rwanda however in the near future were expanding our service to the whole country of Rwanda.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sender post items on to the App using a user-friendly interface

2. Transporter check for posted items in the App, select an item to pick up then go meet the sender

3. The sender is notified that his item had been selected for pick up and that a transporter is on the way to pick it up

4. After meeting the transporter, sender makes payment to Ohereza App using either Mobile Money, Tigo Cash or Airtel Money.

5. Ohereza Received payment and send an SMS notification to the Transporter confirm that a payment has been made for the transportation and he can go ahead to deliver the Item. Item's status changes to On the way.

6. Transporter delivers the item to the receiver and confirm the delivery through Ohereza Application

7. Ohereza send an SMS to the receiver to ask for confirmation that the item was receive.
Sender also get notification that the item had been delivered

8. After receiving confirmation from the receiver, Ohereza pays the transporter
