ONE CAG will be an enhanced version of the current resource booking system. Besides booking resources via the web portal and room panel like today, you can also expect new features such as:
• Ability to book rooms on the go via ONE CAG mobile app
• Option to check room availability / book room via Outlook and Teams when organising meetings
• Easier way to book rooms for recurring meetings
• In-system approval for restricted rooms
With this integrated system, you will be able to book resources via 5 options: ONE CAG app (recommended), ONE CAG web portal, Outlook, Teams, and room panel.
