This app permit send OneSignal push notifications to your clients directly from your Android phone or tablet.
Simply save the App ID and App Key of your OneSignal App from your OneSignal account and start sending push notifications with using their REST API.
*** You need an OneSignal account, and get your APP details from App Settings --> Keys & IDs
