OnGoals consists of a tool and a complimentary guide. It is a personal app, not shared, intended to be used by individual leaders within any organization. It runs on phones and tablets.

OnGoals' tool is mainly intended to help leaders and their teams develop goal plans ("blueprints") and action plans, and follow their execution. It proposes a set of stages for the goal-process (from goal statement to result) that is fixed and complete, hence adequate for any goal (anything that one intends to accomplish) resulting in its high versatility.

In particular, every leader has his or her "piece of the puzzle" to produce, hence can use OnGoals' tool. For instance, within a wider goal plan, you may have to work on a specific sub-goal; or get prior approval to a particular goal statement; or you may need to develop implementation strategy for some sub-goals; or you have a specific non obvious target to reach during execution, etc... These are all "goals" hence can be handled using OnGoals' tool.

OnGoals' guide (1) explains how to use its tool; (2) give detailed explanation of each stage of the goal-process; (3) indicates to the leader necessary conditions for a higher chance of success and how OnGoals' tool can help; (4) explains to the leader the possible sources of failures and why the likelihood of a failure is much higher than of a success; (5) shows the leader how to diagnose and possibly remedy a reversible failure with the help of OnGoals' tool; (6) gives scores of valuable notes on leadership and some examples.
