In deze app vindt u statistische, demografische en basis gegevens over panden. Gebruik de app voordat u een huis koopt of huurt. Zo krijgt u een beter beeld van de omgeving waar u wellicht zult gaan wonen. Gebruik de app dus regelmatig voordat u besluit te gaan kijken bij een huis.

Bent u al de trotse bezitter van een mooi huis? Kijk dan snel wat het gemiddelde inkomen is in uw omgeving, in welk jaar uw huis is opgeleverd of wat er nou in dat pand aan de overkant van de straat zit? De Open Huis app geeft antwoord.

Open Data apps op maat

2CoolMonkeys ontwikkeld sinds 2008 open data apps op maat. Deze app gebruikt dan ook data uit een aantal Open Data bronnen. Het kabinet moedigt Open Data apps aan, omdat deze leiden tot een minder complexe en een meer transparantere overheid. 2CoolMonkeys ontsluit Open Databronnen naar apps. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn de Rijksoverheid app, de Wijs op Reis app van het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, de Noordzee Atlas van Rijkswaterstaat, de Grenspalen app van het Kadaster en de de digitale loket app van de gemeente Utrecht.

Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG)
De dataset BAG bevat alle bouwvlakken en adressen van Nederland. Het is gebaseerd op de gegevens van de Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG). Gemeenten zijn bronhouders van de BAG. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het opnemen van de gegevens in de BAG en voor de kwaliteit ervan. Alle gemeenten stellen gegevens over adressen en gebouwen centraal beschikbaar via de Landelijke Voorziening.

Wijk- en buurtkaart
De wijk- en buurtkaart bevat de digitale geometrie van de grenzen van de buurten, wijken en gemeenten. De wijk- en buurtkaart is samengesteld uit drie bronnen. De gemeentegrenzen op land volgen de kaart van gemeentegrenzen van het Kadaster; de buurtgrenzen hebben de opgave van gemeenten als basis en de grens van het land met grotere wateren is gebaseerd op de meest recente kaart van het Bestand Bodemgebruik. Alle gemeentegrenzen en de grenzen tussen land en water zijn gegeneraliseerd.

Open Data apps custom

2CoolMonkeys developed since 2008 open data apps custom. This app uses therefore data from a number of Open Data sources. The government encourages Open Data apps, because they lead to a less complex and more transparent government. 2CoolMonkeys unlocks Open Data sources for apps. Examples include the government app, the app Wijs op Reis of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the North Sea Atlas of Rijkswaterstaat, the Boundary Poles app from the Land Registry and the digital counter app from the city of Utrecht.

Key Register Addresses and Buildings (BAG)
The dataset BAG contains all building surfaces and addresses of the Netherlands. It is based on data from the Key Addresses and Buildings (BAG). Municipalities are source holders of the BAG. They are responsible for the recording of the data in the bag and for its quality. All municipalities make information about addresses and buildings centrally available through the national facility.

Neighborhood and district map
The district and neighborhood card contains the digital geometry of the boundaries of neighborhoods, districts and municipalities. The district and neighborhood map was constructed from three sources. The municipal land to follow the map of municipality of Kadaster near boundaries have the task of municipalities as basic and the border of the country with larger waters is based on the most recent map of the Land File. All municipal boundaries and the boundaries between land and water are generalized.
