Using oper8 you can:
- read news about the building,
- attend events organized in/around your workplace,
- buy pre-selected products and services (e.g. food, car wash, hire interpreter, ..., etc.),
- chat with other users,
- read/comment forums,
- report events/bugs to the operators (e.g. "Somebody has parked _again_ at my reserved place!!".

You can set your profile, browse the tenants and users in the same building, change your settings for the app and for your purchases, etc.

The payments can be done by bank cards (through secure channel), you can evaluate the products and services you purchased and of course browse the evaluations of other users to help your decision to buy.

You can earn badges by giving more and more evaluations, buying products, sending operation notices, etc.
