After having uccw, you can find this skin in UCCW skin, just select widget size in widget menu and skin menu will popup. Choose it form there. You are done.

This theme is very easy and carries a lot of useful tools to make your task done with enjoyment.
The hotspots and battery, fonts colors are editable, so that you can easily edit with your required choice.
Unlike other weather widget which consume your battery as well as background data, this Orangi weather can be updated by touching the beautiful Orange weather icon- so saves your battery.
The other hotspot areas are phone, message, mail, calender, Clock and weather.
