History

The university was established by PAHER society in 1997. In over 20 years of existence, the university boasts of more than 25 affiliated institutes, 900 faculty, 1200 non-teaching staff and over 18000-strong student community. The university is run by PAHER group (Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research Society). The university is affiliated to AIU (Association of Indian Universities) and approved by UGC. The current president of the university is Dr. Bhagwati Prakash Sharma.
