This is an Unofficial Festival Guide for the Pan Celtic Festival 2013 in Carlow, all in the palm of your hand. The app contains a timetable for all events that are happening over the festival, including the times, venues and event details! It also includes a separate timetable for the Trad Session Trail so you won't miss any of the great singers and musicians!

The aim of Pan Celtic, as per the constitution, is as follows:

"To promote and strengthen Celtic languages, culture, music, song and sport and to encourage inter-Celtic tourism, trade and commerce, and exchange of information."

This app is completely FREE and works without an internet connection, so it can be used at anytime!
