We have been trading since 2002 and have slowly built up a comprehensive staff portfolio to run our office, over the years we have developed our own booking and payroll systems which runs in tandem to help us in the day to day running of our business.
Our registered manager started with us on a temporary part time basis which naturally progressed into her working full time and has now evolved into gaining her NVQ level 4 in Management, she has fine tuned our registration process to meet all CQC requirements. Our systems operating program has evolved to assist in this matter to maintain all our staff training records and keep them up to date. We now have an open communication with immigration and border control to assist us in checking the eligibility of all staff that work with Panache.
All our office staff help to provide cover 24hrs a day 7 days a week which enables us to provide you with an uninterrupted service at any time you wish to contact us, be it during the day or weekends or during the evenings. Our night staff cover shifts in the office during the day as well, this enables them to keep up to date with what is happening. We have slowly expanded our office with staff numbers to meet the demands of our clients, with staff that have a vast amount of experience in working in the care industry. This enables us to provide a professional service to meet all our clients requirements.
