Have you ever run into this case, in which you have an app with a long, long list, and you want to take a screenshot to wrap the whole list in?
Here comes the solution. This app, Panoramic Screenshot, is a tool that can merge several screenshots into one long picture based on analyzing there common parts. So is to say, using this app, you can do a panoramic screenshot with a sequence of screenshots of a continous list.
Panoramic Screenshot works by automatically detecting changes in the system's screenshot directory. To make a panoramic shot, just start this app, click on the '+' button, and then go to the target app, take several screenshots while scrolling.
If your phone is running a ROM that its screenshot directory is not at /sdcard/Pictures/Screenshots, please choose the correct path in the Settings screen of this app.
This app requires that the top part (below statusbar) and the bottom bar (if any) in the shots should be the same without huge changes. Statusbar is automatically detected based on the system it is running on.
Notice that you MUST keep a visible (neither too large nor too small) common part between two screenshots, or the app will not work correctly. It cannot handle scrollbars for now, so make sure the scrollbar is hidden when screenshooting.
For more details about how-tos, please refer to the About screen in this app.
The algorithm still needs improvements. Advises and contributions are always welcome.
