There have been enhancements to the Parts App.
(1) The help screen has been updated to reflect more support options.
(2) More Parts have been added.
(3) Now based off your selected location and part, your submitted request is stream lined directly to the appropriate rep.
(4) Additional UI enhancements and minor bug fixes.
The Babcock & Wilcox Part Request app is for customers to streamline their replacement part requests. You will be able to let B&W know which customer you are, your contact information and the part in question. You'll then have the ability to add photos making it easier for B&W to identify the part in question and what replacement part you will need.
When the request has been submitted, B&W will receive an email of your request; with you copied. The request will be reviewed and B&W will be in contact with you about answering your request/needs.
Within the app you will find a Help screen. This will explain to you the information that is being gathered and the steps in completing your request.
