Admin: Partner app for WooCommerce is an app for administrators, vendors, and delivery boys. When admins log in to the app, they can view their own functionalities. Admins can manage all of the aspects related to orders, bookings, products, and more. They'll be able to review data reports which are broken down by periods (e.g., week, month, year, or any period), time frames (e.g., yesterday), or certain events (e.g., refunds). They'll be able to view product reviews, payment gateways, and more. Admins will be able to chat with customers, vendors, and drivers as well. Admins will be able receive notifications for orders, low stock and product reviews.
Vendors: When a vendor logs in, they can manage their orders, bookings, and product inventory. They can also chat with customers, drivers, and admin. Vendors are able to print their orders or set them to automatically print with a Bluetooth printer. Vendors will be able receive notifications for thier orders, low stock and product reviews.
Delivery Boy: When the delivery boy logs in, he is able to see orders in his area and is able to accept them and deliver them to the customer. He can then complete the order himself. Vendors will be able receive notifications for new orders.
The Dashboard feature lets you see total revenue, orders, sales, top sellers, new customers, etc., as well as view trends for the current week, month, last month, and year. You can also view sales, revenue, orders, and top-seller charts, and customer data.
The Report feature lets you generate reports for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and custom dates. You can print reports directly from the app and send them over email.
The Push Notification feature lets you get push notifications for new orders, low stock, new customers, etc.
Orders:
-See a list of all orders with the order number, customers details, date, and status
-Update the status of an order
-Get a summary of orders with customer info, order status, and product info including payment and shipping details
-Create a new order from the shop, select the product and add it to the cart, choose customer before placing order
-Create new order note and have the option to notify the customer when you create a new order
POS- Point of sale:
-Create orders from the POS tab quickly. Add customer, discount, and print order invoice directly from the app.
Products:
-View complete details of your products including name, thumbnail, price, etc.
-Edit and update product name, category, price, status, description, etc.
-See quickly which products are in-stock or out-of-stock.
-Quickly add or delete a product.
