About Paths in the Ecrins Android App
Discover four villages in the region of the Ecrins : L'Argentiere -La-Bessée , La Roche de Rame , Vallouise and Pelvoux .
The visitor is guided through their smartphone or tablet that shows the path to follow and the distance of each point of interest. On smartphone, he is alerted by a vibration and a message when it arrives within 50 meters from the nearest point on the course , even when the smartphone is in background or connected to another application.
Vallouise proposes a game to children who can discover the natural elements surrounding them, step by step.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
This application has been developed by artCODE and JLF-Entreprises for the 'Communauté de Communes du Pays des Ecrins’
